Keep every vehicle moving, even when the floor changes.
Sleipnir.SI™. The traffic controller for things that move on their own. It plans routes for autonomous forklifts, AGVs, cranes and drones together, and replans every affected vehicle when something changes, like a spill, a blocked aisle or a late truck.

The name
Eight legs, no traffic jams.
Sleipnir is Odin's horse: grey, eight-legged, born to Loki in the shape of a mare. He is the fastest horse there is, and the only one that can carry a rider between the worlds, down to Hel and back.
Eight legs is a fair picture of what a fleet planner does. Many things move at once and none of them steps on another. Sleipnir.SI plans every forklift, crane and drone together, and when a spill or a late truck changes the map it replans the lot in one go.
Sleipnir/Old Norse, roughly “the glider”
What it does
One plan, kept current.
Vehicles from different vendors each plan for themselves. Sleipnir.SI plans for all of them together and updates the plan as the site changes.
Plan
Fleet planning
Plans routes for every vehicle at once, across brands and types, so they stop getting in each other's way.
React
Live replanning
When the floor reports a spill, a blocked aisle or a late delivery, it recalculates the routes that are affected and sends the new ones to those vehicles.
Keep moving
Flow and supply view
Shows where bottlenecks form and what a delay now will do to the next shift's deliveries, so you can act before stock runs short.
Connected
It sits above your vehicles, not inside them.
Sleipnir.SI gives routes to your vehicles through their own fleet managers or controllers. Each vehicle keeps its own stop and obstacle avoidance, and Sleipnir.SI cannot override them.
Where you use Bifröst.SI, floor events reach Sleipnir.SI as they happen. Where you do not, it can work from your existing sensors and systems.
Events from the floor
Bifröst.SI
Spills, blocked aisles, stopped machines and door states, as they are reported.
Vehicles
Your fleet
Autonomous mobile robots, AGVs, forklifts, cranes and drones, through the controllers they already have.
Orders and stock
Your systems
Warehouse, ERP and production systems, so routes follow what is actually needed next.
Use cases
Wherever things move on their own.
We start with the zone where jams cost the most.
Factory intralogistics
Keep parts arriving at the line on time while forklifts and robots share the same aisles.
Warehouses and distribution
Balance pick, replenishment and dispatch traffic across a mixed fleet.
Ports and container yards
Coordinate cranes and yard vehicles around arrivals, delays and weather.
Mixed fleets
Run vehicles from several vendors under one plan, without a separate system for each.
Ground and air handoffs
Plan where a drone hands over to a ground vehicle, and what happens when it cannot.
Disruption planning
Test what a blocked route, a broken vehicle or a late truck would do before it happens.
Ways to start
Three ways to work with Sleipnir.SI.
Every company is set up differently, so there is no price list. Tell us what you run and we will propose a starting point.
Simulation
Test it on your layout first.
We model your site and fleet and show what changes in throughput and waiting time before anything goes live.
- Site layout and fleet data from your team
- Simulation of today's traffic and of disruptions
- A report on where time is lost
- A recommendation on where to start
Pilot
One zone, live.
Sleipnir.SI takes over planning for one zone and a part of the fleet, with your team watching the results.
- Connection to your fleet manager and floor systems
- One zone planned by Sleipnir.SI
- Side-by-side comparison with today's results
- Review with operations after a few weeks
Site
The whole site.
Sleipnir.SI plans traffic across the site and replans as conditions change, with dispatchers able to step in at any time.
- Run in your own environment
- All vehicle types and zones connected
- Manual override for dispatchers
- Dedicated engineering time
Tell us how things move.
Sleipnir.SI is offered by enquiry only. Tell us what you run and what is driving the work, and we will reply within two business days, usually with a few scoping questions.
