What you will own

Implement AI systems against real client data, constraints, and security requirements.
Build retrieval, evaluation, and agent workflows that hold up under production load.
Integrate with the client's existing systems rather than asking them to replace them.
Write the tests, evals, and documentation that let the client's team own the result.
Work directly with client engineers and stakeholders, on site and remotely.
Raise the technical bar on your engagements through review and pairing.
